The project proposes the realization of a dwellings building with commercial premises, warehouses, and garages. The intervention includes a basement, the ground floor and two other floors.
The building has been designed with high energy performance (Energy Class A+). It offers energy efficiency, with the production of solar energy and low environmental loads.
